    I need help!
"Ok so i have heard after a man ejaculates some sperm is left in the penis and in the vas deferens. then a man can urinate flushing out all the semen? or does urinating not exspell all sperm. and then is there a chance of pregnancy from whatever was left after urinating?"

Urinating after wards can help lessen the odds of pregnancy, but I wouldn't count on it as birth control. Anytime there has been a recent ejaculation, and then reentry, the chance of pregnancy increases. This is one of the main reasons people find the withdrawal method fails.

OK I need to explain the situation. At ten in the morning I masturbated. Then I showered and peed. Then at least once more in the day I peed. Then at ten at night me and my girlfriend fooled around. Is it possible my precum contained semen?

So after peeing at least twice and a twelve hour difference could my precum could have contained semen?

Of course, if it was a few minutes after you used the bathroom, but after 12 hours, there will be sperm,
There is some sperm even after a few min, just not as many.

Yes, it's possible your fluids contained pre-ejaculate.

Please use REAL birth control if you aren't ready to be a parent.

Precum doesn't contain sperm. It can pick it up from a previous ejaculation. But I've heard that peeing flushes is out

Do I know anything on the subject? HAHAHAHA!

I deliver babies for a living. I think I know a little bit about how that happens!

    Pre-ejaculate does indeed contain sperm.

Yes. Pre-ejaculation fluid may contain sperm, which means that a woman can get pregnant even when ejaculation doesn't occur within the vagina.

OK I know that it can contain sperm. However I have read in multiple new studies that pre ejaculate fluid created in the cowpers gland itsellf does not contain any. It can pick up semen in the urethra from a former ejaculation.

That article was from April 2003.

The one I provided was from the MAYO Clinic 2009. The Mayo Clinic is a very reputable medical facility.

True but yours also says it may contain sperm, not that it does.

True, mine does say that. So, rather than playing with fire, why not be safe?

Yes I understand and I am planning on being safe. I just am curious to know if precum does for sure contain it or does it pick it up from a previous ejaculation

It appears, from the Mayo Clinic study, that it has been found in 41% of the men that it did. Apparently there are not more definitive studies at this time.

So, it's wise to play it safe.

For some reason I can't load the answer box, but is it the quote from mayo because I didn't see where the 41 percent came from

    Here's one

    Quote:

Can a woman get pregnant from pre-ejaculation? Pre-ejaculation is the liquid that seeps out of the penis before ejaculation occurs. Most guys have no control over it and cannot feel it coming out. This type of fluid does have sperm in it and can result in pregnancy. This is part of the reason why the withdrawal method of birth control is not as effective as other methods.
I have to go fix dinner now, but I'll try to find the other article later.
