About a month ago, a girl a little older than you came here to ask about getting an abortion or what to do. We gave her phone numbers to call and told her to get help from adults before she made a decision. She ended up getting an abortion (and we don't know who she consulted), but then returned here to ask why she cries all the time and is so depressed.

Your hormones and body are already thinking "baby." You can't get an abortion without your hormones and body objecting emotionally. I'm not saying don't get one (or get one), but be prepared for your body's reactions.

What exactly do you want here bethanyjanee? I've read this whole thread through. You've gotten good advice and feedback for what you need to do-get to the doctor's and talk to your mother. But instead of doing either of those you sit here and argue with everyone over everything.

No, a fourteen year old and her mother having babies at the same time is not right. Fourteen year olds having babies at all, period, is not right.

I'm a little surprised that this is your first pregnancy from the information you've shared. Your story has gone from unprotected sex, to you know you didn't miss any pills, to you know you missed some. And then for the boys it's gone from your "long term boyfriend" (I feel like I need a sarcasm font here, four months is NOT enough time for a serious relationship to develop, especially not at your age), to the guy at the party to some other guy, but you've slept with that guy before (were you cheating on your boyfriend?).

I didn't notice anyone respond to your comments about experiencing yellow discharge before, so I'll address that now. Considering your lack of consistent use of protection and multiple sexual partners, the yellow discharge may be a sign of an infection or std. you need to have it checked out immediately.

If it turns out you do have an std, you will need to inform your previous partners so that they may seek appropriate treatment as well.

If you decided to keep your child, you will need to tell all potential fathers that they are just that-potential fathers, so that when the child is born you can determine paternity and establish custody and child support.

You really need to tell your mother what's going on now. The longer you wait, the worse it is. Tell her now so that you can discuss all of your options with her and give yourself adequate time to come to a decision that is best for you.

The yellowy discharge mixed with blood has stopped now but I sha'll get myself checked out tomorrow probably,the one thing I'm not doing is going too the doctors about my baby yet I'm not ready too I need a day or two to think about everything and too talk too the two potential fathers about it.

Bethany, the links I gave you are for pregnancy hotlines for single girls--to talk with someone and straighten out your head. Someone else did the same. I haven't seen any abortion numbers in this thread at all. No one has urged you to consider abortion.

There was a link I clicked on that had abortion numbers on!
Trust me there was a couple too talk about pregnancy and then a abortion clincs number along withit.

Seems like she's been on "holiday" far too long... at 13 and 14 years old my mom or aunt still knew exactly who I was with, where I was, and I didn't dare even try sneaking alcohol because I would have gotten caught because, at least one of them was always acting like a mother.

And you need to tell your doctor about everything-your sexual past, the discharge, and the pregnancy. Your doctor cannot give you proper treatment without knowing the facts. Keep in mind, if you do end up having an std and needing medication your doctor will need to know so that he can prescribe medication that is safe for you and the baby, if you decide to keep it.

Talking to your mother, as terrifying as I'm sure it is, will help, after she gets over the initial shock. At fourteen you just don't have the maturity or wisdom to sort it all out on your own.

I do understand what your saying but I feel too scared too tell anyone other then people I don't know that I'm pregnant its terrifying!
&as for my mum I'm not sure she will literally go mad!she's on holiday at the moment so I can't tell her anyway she will be back on the 2nd April so I sha'll tell her then!
My mum has always been there for me she's just gone away for a little relaxation before the baby comes and I'm fine with that!&just too let you know I don't sneak alcohol anywhere I'm aloud too drink alcohol just not too much but ovbiously when your at a party with no adults your going too drink a lot!
&the discharge thing I described the colour wrong its more of s browny yellow then reddy yellow,I don't know if that makes any differnce.
My boobs are sore and I have stomach cramps basically I feel like crap.

This is not true. You know how I know that? Because I'm a nurse, I deliver babies, and girls come to me for pregnancy tests. There is NO urine HPT that will tell you how far along you are. The only way to know that is by a blood test or an ultrasound.

Now, again, I am a NURSE. I can promise you that either boy can be the father. You don't know for sure and you won't know for sure until, and if, the baby is born and a blood test is done.

I also want to let you know that you cannot have an abortion after 12 weeks in most places, and again, in most places you will have to have your parent's consent since you are under 18.

I can asuure you if you search up a clear blue pregnancy test it tells you how far gone you are(around how far gone).

And there's the difference between being an adult and child. And adults are supposed to be around to supervise children to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen.


As for the discharge and the cramp- YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR. I'm not encouraging you for or against abortion either way, but I'm getting the impression that is what you may be leaning towards. If you do want to keep the baby, then you need to see a doctor right away. Cramping and bleeding may be nothing, or they may be a sign of something going wrong with the pregnancy. The sooner you speak with your mother and a doctor, the sooner you can start taking care of yourself- whether that means scheduling an abortion, learning about safe sex (or how about even abstinence? ) and responsible drinking or getting yourself some prenatal vitamins and making sure you're eating healthy and all that.

Abstinence? Do you know what it means to abstain from something? To not do it. Abstain from sex.

I'm glad that you appreciate my advice (although I think it was pretty much the same as everyone else's). I really think you should tell your mother sooner than later about all of this. Whether she's on holiday, she needs to know. Especially if you're thinking you might want to keep the baby.

OK, here. I looked it up... this seems very fishy. I trust J's experience and knowledge much more than an advertisement that says this test can accurately tell you when you conceived with out any information at all on HOW it works.

So here's another lesson for you today... learn the difference between facts and fiction and how to do research to determine which is which.

And don't be rude to people trying to help you.
