Just get a DNA test done after the child is born... that is definitive and irrefutable... everything else isn't.

Unless the other guy is sterile there is NO way she can know. It sounds like she wants to fill your name in as the father for a specific reason. Blackmail or otherwise. Get the test to be sure.
