I have been trying to watch what I eat. I accidentally had milk this morning! But, I have cut out most dairy, and I am starting to cut out cheese and butter as of today. I have pouring rice milk (ew) on my cereal. I used to be a 2 cup a day coffee drinker, and I have cut that out, along with pop. I don't eat a lot of veggies, so that wasn't hard, but it's hard to stay away from spicy food. It's just really hard- her crying period usually lasts from midnight to 3 am, and she is really unpredictable. We had a good night last night, but the night before that was the worst so far.
