In the end, a DNA test will have to be performed if she is to file for benefits, including child support.

Yes I think your right about that how possible is if that's the last time she had sex " " maybe she's just trying to lie and make him think it's his since the condom broke

She could get into quite a bit of trouble if she puts his name as father when trying to get financial aid and/or child support. That would be falsification of information. If she KNOWS that there might be another father she needs to come clean.

Chances are slim to none that she conceived on December 9 with a due date of October 5. Pregnancy lasts approximately 40 weeks, give or take 2 weeks. That's roughly 9-10 months, not 11 months.
