To make it simple, you really should see a doctor and find out if you have a need for extra hormone treatment or you might have very narrow or clogged tubes. Maybe you were even a premature birth, and your reproductive organs did not develop fully. Anything is possible, and that's why it's best to consult a physician you trust and write down your family's medical history, and medications you take, all that will help him/her make a more accurate assessment of your situation. With the modern technology today, there is help for you, I'm sure, so don't give up. It might even be as simple as having to take an aspirin a day to thin your blood during this time to lighten the pain.
