I am in the midst of finishing my basement and have stumbled upon a roadblock. The builder has installed the rough ins in awkward areas. I would like to close off the toilet rough-in and convert the shower rough in to a toilet rough in. Is this possible?

In a nutshell, we need to replace our existing toilet. However, the toilet has a rough-in of about 20"+ to the closet flange and the toilet has four mounting holes on the base.
