    Toilet Flange in a trailer
I have replaced the wax ring for my toilet but this is my first for the flange. I have been told for most of them you need to also be underneath the home to undo it.

What is your reason for replacing the flange? This will be a plastic flange that's cemented in. It doesn't replace all the easy. Let me know what's wrong and I might just have a easy repair for you. Cheers, Tom

The flange is bowed on the one side so it wobbles and is starting to leak in the back. It is a PVC flange and it isn't cemented down.

You mean it's not secured to the floor. It's cemented to the closet bend. Right? Is it cemented on the outside or the inside of the pipe? Let me know, Tom
