I agree with Bob, lest start do something do the tests as suggested, change the filter as suggested call Sears tech support for help as suggested your problem will be fixed one way or another, let me share my own experience with I have 3 refrigerator have a Kenmore one in the garage 3 months ago had problem with it no water, replaced the filter worked fine, Precautionary replaced the inlet valve no issues any more, I requested for the model number to assist you better, Thanks.
