    Mr. Tom,

    When I remove the aerator, my problem does not go away.

    I just went back and made a list of everyone's suggestions, some of which go way over my head. Here they are again. Which makes more sense?

    1) Contact the manufacturer of the water heater
    2) Wait it out
    3) Flush the heater
    4) Consider a whole house filter
    5) Check the anode rod on the water heater
    6) Check if they've installed "dielectric waterway" on the piping connections.

    Bruford, you started a new thread and lost all the other responses. You can continue to talk with Tom amd me by just adding more to your first post, this just confuses us old folks too much. LOL
