Impossible to say. Would depend very much on factors such as the person's center of gravity relative to the car (is he tall or short, was he standing, sitting, lying on the ground, etc), whether the hit was head on or mnore of a glancing blow, the kind of terrain over which he was thrown, and whether he was actually carried by the car some of that distance. I think this is more of a question for police investigation rather than something that can be determined from theoretical physics.

Was the person walking, where on the person did the impact occur, Did the car brake, if so , length of skid marks. What part of the car hit, was it at a angle or straight on. How was the exact POI (Point of impact) determined to judge distant of body movement.
The point of landing of the body was it determined by center of body mass or by closest or farest body part.
