    What's your opinion?
"In an omni sense, everything is equal"., I mean everything.

    Do you believe or not?

    What's an omni sense?

    Omni = Overall

    Omni sense = Overall Perspective

    Hello master:

Is everything equal? Equal how? Value? Size? Importance? None of the above? All of the above?

Does a star equal a bug? Sure. Does a star equal the truth? Sure. Does a star equal a lie? Sure. Does a star equal God? Sure.

Yes, I was referring to all of the above..

By using different points of view, and adding them all up, sizes, value, importance.. anything.. will result in two things being equal.

+ or - is equal you end up the same ---zero. Believe or not believe

If you ask me if + and - are equal, they are. They are different, yes, but they are the same..

    Anyway, I want your opinion..

This thread makes no sense, not even philosophically.

I'd have to see the math.

    From the overall perspective, 6 > 5.

Yes Karma, That's what I came up with. Oh Well, so much for this Omni sense hocus pocus.

Geez, I wouldn't be proud of coming up with this "omni sense" stuff if I were you.

Come on, that's why this thread is titled what's your opinion..

So I guess, at this point most people have negative view from that quote.

It just means nothing, that's all. A quote is no fun if the words need to be explained.

Because, somehow, I feel that everything is equal, if you try to view it in all perspective.

    EX.

    6 > 5.. Of course, 6 is greater.

Which is nearer to 0, 6 or 5, this time 5 is nearer.

Everything has its advantage and disadvantage IF you try to view it in omni sense.

Anyway, that's what I believe. And I hope to hear some people's opinion.

I'm not positive this is exactly what you are asking, but...

I have a problem with that quote relating to creation and destruction. It takes, say 9 months to create counciousness, and far less time to destroy it. It just seems that a lot more energy goes into creating "us," and a far less amount to destroy. Anyway, that's why I cannot agree with that.

    1) you need to stop using "omni sense". It sounds like a super power, and makes me giggle every time you say it.

    2) everything is not equal.

I must be strange . I think something's are not equal .I think some things are better.

Everything is equal but not equal at teh same time. There is stuff we don't even know about yet, that could make everything un-equal. Omni sense.. tehe:)

A vexing question due to its obscurity, so, no not erqual... clarity of thought is a beautiful thing... use it.

In my opinion, mathematics seems to only be applicable within a structured grouping of objects. So if I have three eggs and take away one I would then have two eggs yes? Well no at the same time, the eggs are part of the energy and matter that make up our little biosphere, and nothing is truly being taken away, there will always be the matter that comprises my three eggs. However within my frame of reference being part of this collection of matter, I can formulate equations within my mind.
