If a parent can not keep food or gas on in the house and can not keep a stable job is that proved to be an unfit parent?

Do you have this documented? Dates. Times, conditions, pictures, video, interviews, etc. One can accuse anyone else of just about anything, but to hold up in court, you have the burden of proof. Do you have this?

The is off now and still is to this day, it was around may or April? Where could I get the documents from to prove it. My daughters are in that house and they go around to their friends house to shower and so foruth

What more proof do I need I've been over there and my daughters are living there

Then take your concerns to Child Protective Service and file a complaint. Once a complaint has been made, they have to investigate. By law, they have to investigate. Start there. Good luck.
