Haw can I get my baby to sleep in his crib.
My baby is about 2 months old my error is that I let him sleep with me for more than a month. Now he will not sleep alone and he cry's every time I put him in his crib. What can I do?

Put him in his crib and then shut the door and let him cry, no harm will come to him. He/she will have to start to learn at some stage you can't be around 24hrs a day. What happens when you need to go out and leave him? I bet he's fine then,

You have to acclimatize him to the process, reassuring him, but following some specific steps.
    1. Make sure you're well-rested the first night because this will take some time and some timing
    2. Make sure room is VERY comfortable temperature-wise and the bed as well
    3. Spend a few minutes holding and cuddling baby with some "goodnight sounds, perhaps a specific song or two for the bedtime ritual
    4. Place the baby in the crib, say goodnight and leave the room. Be sure to close the door.
    5. Baby will cry
    6. Let him cry for 5 minutes, the enter the room, reassure the baby in calm voice and goodnight words, but do not pick up the child, gentle touch at most...then leave the room.
    7. Baby will cry
    8. Let him cry for 10 minutes before reentering the room and repeating the earlier bried reassurance ritual, again do not actually pick the child up
    9. Next wait 20 minutes before entering
    10. Next wait 40 minutes before entering
    11. Then an hour

We used this technique on both of our children. Our first made it through step 11 the first night before falling asleep... a total of 2 hours work. The second night she was asleep by step step 9. Our second child had similar results, but it was the 3rd night before she was settling in for the night after only 1 return trip in.

The key is to teach them that crying DOESN'T get them mom or dad's presence back and them picked up after dark, but mom and dad ARE still there reassuring and they have to expend a LOT of energy to get that extra limited reassurance. They will learn quickly the effort isn't worth the return and will go to sleep.

Good luck. Hard on the nerves, but works!

Another option is to keep the baby next to you while you sleep through the night. It can save you the stress of having to get out of bed to see to your crying baby. You just roll over, comfort or feed your baby and usually after a few minutes, everyone can go back to sleep. You can do this until your baby is 6 months old, or longer if you want.

A low cradle next to the bed can work fine too. If the baby cries, you can reach over and rock the cradle or not make too much effort to pick the baby up.
