    Awake visions
I had a bad dream where I was going to do some cleaning in this whole / niche in the wall. I saw a small black very ugly figure that grow to a deformed girl very scary who was looking at me. I asked her what she was doing there and she said it was none of my business. I held her and through her into the corner of the room and then she sort of flew back into that whole. I asked her if she was a demon and she said no, then I asked her if she was dead and being tortured she said yes. I woke up scared and sat in my bed, and suddenly saw a shapeless black smoke come out of my side. I know I was awake when this happened. Can anyone explain this?

In many cultures a shapeless black figure is death... as in death himself... I don't know what that means but that's all the info I have for you at this time.

Often in dreams, structures are indicative of ourselves - each room holding specific symbolism. Walls are quite literally the things that hold any given structure up, so when this is considered and combined w/ structural dream-meaning, your dream could mean this: you were cleaning the walls, so this seems to suggest that you are quite attentive and self-aware. But, because you found this hole in your walls, it may be that there is an aspect of yourself that you are withholding - not allowing to live and flourish. I think maybe the girl you found in your wall represents this aspect of yourself. She said she was dead and being tortured... is there some part of you that you have a hard time facing? Are you too hard on yourself because of it? The actual room itself may give clues as to what part of you this dream is speaking to. For instance, bathrooms tend to denote the emotional and spiritual, while bedrooms speak more often of our intimate side(s). Kitchens and dining rooms are social aspects, hallways represent the transitional and living rooms are more "wordly." basements and attics usually depict levels of consciousness. Hope this helps. Sweet dreams.
