I believe most of it is they are looking for that spiritual rush. I don't believe there are any answers to get out of it... I think the OP just wants to know and experience something different.

This is not something that you should learn over the internet,in fact it's not advisible at all.

However, there are people who can and do, do this.It is said that this can be achieved through deep,deep meditation and guidance,from those who have experience in these matteres.Therefore I am not about to tell you any more for your own good and safety.

There are those who experience these things totally random: I personally have had an out of body experience,many years ago with out any invitation to this at all.
I have to say it was the strangest thing that has ever happened to me, but it was real,I never forgot it and it will always be a mystery to me why it should have happened.

My advice to you is leave things alone that you do not... understand... you are not meant to.
