When we get scared we perceive things differently than we do when we are not scared.

If you believe that paranormal things are happening you may begin to look for them which may mask the true cause.

Look for logical explanations first.

But at the same time , keep a record of what happens and to whom it happens.

Try recording , taking pictures, or video and see if anything shows up.

I also feel like I'm being followed I use to see thing since I was little but they have disappeared it wasn't my imagination my great grandfather died before I was born and I stopped playing with my toys an looked up and said hey grandpa.. but even though I can't see them anymore I feel them in every house I go to except when I'm outside... I ALWAYS feel like I'm being watched but there is nothing super bad like the lights going on and off or things opening and closing.. maybe I'm just paranoid from when I was littler but I do hear voices and banging the banging may be the cats though.. Email me please anyone who can stop me from being so paranoid if it is that

I think my house is haunted because we looked on the internet and looked up "how to know if your house is haunted and some of the stuf on there happened to me and my friend . ( how scary) so if you think your house is being haunted like mine remember to stay calm.

Okay, first if you want to contact it to tell it to leave your going to need to "close your doors" this is very simple and stops it from getting a stronger connection to you. All you need to do is imagine your in a room with only one entrance and this will be a door, imagine you locking that door and holding the key. No matter what it can't do anything to you now. After this wait until you see or feel it, if you believe its in your presence ask who are you. If it cannot communicate ask for some sort of signal such as a "clear audible noise" to a yes or no question like "if i should go... give me a clear audible noise". (if it still does not contact you its not a real spirit, your just paranoid.) once you make contact with it, ask it some questions these things can tell you a lot! And after that, if you still feel uncomfortable just ask it to leave... and snor, if you read this, that's a level 2 demon... that means off real quick it can't harm you but it will with you mentally. "level 2 is STRONG" there are 7 and these are like tiers of power 1 is strongest and 7 is weakest from about 4+ they will be scared of light.

This is interesting information you give . To be frank I think it is totally wrong and could cause problems and even be dangerous if anyone were to follow it.

There are many people out there that somehow or another "rate" demonic entities at a certain level. In my opinion such information is ridiculous and when it comes down to it, ignorant. I am in no way disagreeing with the truth of some demonic spirits being more powerful than others because that is the case... but the "leveling" of these spirits at best is misleading.

I also have to say that this type of advice is rather irresponsible in that it is teaching those who have no idea what they are doing to "open" themselves up to communication with a demonic entity. Not what I recommend at all.

Its interesting to hear other peoples storys about theyr experiences with "voices" "noises" and sightings, I have heard "SMACK HIM" and "HEATHER"so clear and so loud and get very angry ,anxious feelings every once ina while (2/3 times a month) but theyr so so strong it takes over my day... to me I sound like I need meds and therapy but when I went to visit Brazil I had an aunt-in-law inform me I have a very "dark spirit" that follows me... SOOO il assume I'm NOT so crazy after all, I didn't have to tell her this voice wants me to hit someone or calls my name she came to me on her own out of concern... pretty insane! It's a females voice Every time
