They have her on medication to fix it. If that doesn't work, then there's a surgery.

    Thanks heath :)

C'mon Alty, a few more pills until it's gone. Don't forget to take them now, I don't want you to be in surgery.

Unky, the surgery wouldn't be that bad, honestly. They just band the rhoids, that means that they put a tight elastic like band around them, cut off the circulation and they just fall off after a while.

I have a feeling that that is in my future, but it's better then cancer any day. :)

Thanks for the picture of the intake and procedures, that will also help others who might have to go through something like this, they can see what to expect.

I have read/responded to many other people who have never had an experience with surgery, procedures and they are fearful of the unknown(no not unky.. :) )

I am so glad your not with a cancer, that would have been a real trial, not just for you,either...

KBC.. is right. I was scared to death, not knowing what the procedure was going to be like. That was a few years back. Glad you are going to be okay Alty.. I think we were all holding our breaths, until we heard you were okay. We are so GLAD!:)

What a difference from the dark ages of the '40s and '50s when Grandma was trundled off during the night to the hospital and came back pale and shaky two weeks later with not a word said by anyone during any of it. Talk about secrecy and fear regarding hospital procedures and surgery!

That reminds me of a saggy boob joke, but it's visual, can't tell it, have to show it. :(

    Sigh.

I'm always thwarted by visual jokes. ;)

I have to say, I'm a bit snippy, it may be coming out in my posts. I hope I can behave.

If not, I'm blaming it on the lack of coffee. I should put that in my signature. ;)
