Ah, sorry my fellow coffee nuts. @ work all day... running an assay. Off for lunch now... then back again. It's been a grueling week (8am - 9pm days at the lab).
Where would I be without my barista waiting for me every morning and night?

Hi I'm back. Day from hell. No amount of coffee was going to stop the myoclonic head jerks in those lectures. Urgh I'm shattered. Penultimate week though - scary... soon I'll have to be a 'real' person again.
Sneeze are you a researcher too? I got it into my head you were a med student.
Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters
That's where I order my coffee.
Check out their specialty flavors :)
Mistletoe Mocha, Coconut Cream, Packer Perk, White Russian!! I'm in HEAVEN!
*sigh* Thanks!
(I think... )
I recommend the Highlander Grogg, the Cranberry Cream, and the Strawberry Cream.
The peach---not so good.
Wow... yes, dear Tempy, you deserve a large coffee with a few extra shots!Quote:

LOL... you're not from WI, are you HC?
Yikes, Sneeze... how do you find TIME for the ladies?
:) not from WI, but I spent three summers up there as a camp counselor during college. Whitewater Lake became my summer home... I still love WI because of it.
The coffee caught my eye by the description... "A winning combination of buttery hazelnut with a kick of Irish cream." Mmmm...
I forgot you had to do pre-med over the pond!Quote:

LOL! How much coffee have you had today, Sneezy? I think it makes sense...
Mmm... Irish coffee... mmmm... I had this amazing Irish coffee in Beijing. They actually served the coffee in this beautiful glass suspended over a Bunsen burner type dealy-do. It was rather hard to drink, but it looked awesome. Reminded me of those German beer stein things - the wooden holder and the glass at an angle, over a tiny flame... it was weird, but goooooood! :D
Strange...
So just curious, have any of you ever tried Kopi Luwak? It sells between $120 and $600 a pound. I have never had it. I bet it tastes pretty crappy, lol.
Kopi Luwak - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wow... I'm a coffee junkie, but that is just too much for me...
Drinking something that comes from a weasel's tushie... wow... I'll stick to my Southern Pecan, thank you!
Yuck... that picture on wiki!! Wow...
Back people. Since last time I added to this thread allot has joined. I had my daily intake today but know it may seam like I will need another. What was that espresso again? Anyway. Cheers to the maker of coffee. Now back to you coffee news.lol

Crud, its in my keyboard too...
I'll try anything as long as I don't know what it is... :D

I knew it came out of a civet's before I tried it... but hey, why not?
To be honest, it's a bit bold and rich, while there's no bitterness... I know, it seems weird. Def an experience... definitely different tasting than all other coffees I've ever tried.
... anyways, anyone try kona? I've never tried it and have always wanted to...
Wow... Sneezy - you're my hero... wow...Quote:

My Dad used to travel to South America quite a bit and would bring back pounds of the strongest, most divine coffee you'd ever taste. At the time, I didn't know what kind it was (and still don't) but all I know is that my Mom would restrict my consumption to before noon and only on Saturdays...
Herein lies the key to my addiction...
Hehe, that's cool. No bitterness huh? I bet I would like it. Wow, that sounds weird just saying it.Quote:

Oh man, you know... maybe we could start a ferret farm and make our own. I figure ferrets are easier to come by than a civet. Ok... MA's seeing dollar signs. But seriously... who do we nominate to collect the beans? Not it!!Quote:

I like my coffee flavored, and NOT by a ferret's butt.
You can count me out of the whole thing!
Actually, are you against child labor? Because I have an even cooler idea...
Annnyway, I'm going to Starbucks now :) Catch you later.
I have four children do what you will... LOL
Just kidding gosh!
No ferret buns coffee, yuck...
WHERE'S MY ALTY?? I need a better mental image... PuhLEEEze!!
An adorable bunny would do wonderfully...
Mmm... Cadbury Eggs... Yum... Cadbury Eggs and a cup of steamy, Packer Perk coffee... mmm..
The Packer Perc is good, but I'm telling you the Highlander Grogg is better.
I keep telling my hubby that he should put on a kilt and serve it to me :)
Ok, OK... taking your word. I'll go with the Highlander Grogg first, then the Packer Perk!Quote:

(The "yummy" was referring to the steamy coffee, you knew that, right?;) )
LOL, what we all can get from a dang cup of coffee. You ladies are too funny.
