He reminds me of Adam Lambert, but Adam Lambert hasn't got bad skin. I hate big blemishes covered up by make up. Did you see his chin behind the mike ?

Ick I did not, and those are BIG! Icky!!

Maybe it's from the make-up he wears.

I think they're moles, not pimples. They're in all the pictures.

When I have a breakout I cover it up with makeup! He's 20, acne is a part of life during that time.

Are we going to nitpick at everything about him?

A lot of bands have gimmicks, anyone here old enough to remember KISS when they wore makeup and dressed like space aliens? They make Bill look like an average guy. ;)

I remember KISS, but not because I was alive when they were big. My mom had an old record of their's from when she was a teenager.

Kiss never dressed like aliens. Lol. That was kabuki makeup. It allowed them anonymity.

They always looked like aliens to me, with space boots and everything. ;)

I see we have a KISS fan on board. :)

Jean Simmons still active with his band KISS. They played in Oshawa last year to a sold out audience, so are very popular. Jean Simmons keeps it going with his special make up and tongue activity and his reality TV show with his wife who was a former playgirl, I think her name is Sharon something. I started watching that TV show until I got so bloody sick of the same thing and his family values, his son and daughter which were so much like the both of them. No, I was never a KISS fan, which was supposed to mean 'kids in satanic service'. And, way back when, if you ran their 78s backwards it was supposed to be messages from the devil. Whatever. That was in the 70s just after flower power, etc. An interesting time, in transition to now.

It's still an interesting time Tickle, just look at the picture of Bill. :)

I just find it interesting that so many people judge him by the way he looks. Even if he didn't have a stitch of makeup on, he's still very feminine looking. That's not his fault, he's had no surgeries to look that way (unlike Michael Jackson) he was born looking like that.

Yes, he chooses to wear makeup, as part of his look for his band, which by the way has won many awards and is doing very well in the music industry.

It just brings home the truth that you should never judge a book by its cover. :)

Well, Alty,I may have missed something and didn't know you knew BIll personally. I didn't think he performed anywhere, did I miss that. I don't think I commented, other then the pimples on his chin.

I think I was dissing KISS not Bill. Who I didn't know existed until today.

Interesting time, okay, I am entirely not into music unless it is classical. I never have my radio turned on in my car during the day. So I am entirely not interested in Bill, or KISS, but, then there were the beatles...

Tickle, I think you misunderstood something I wrote. I wasn't saying that you were dissing Bill.

Bill is the boy in the pictures that Ohso posted. He's the lead singer of a band called "Tokio Hotel" and in my opinion, he's a very talented singer.

The only reason I know so much about him is because I've been researching him since Ohso started this thread. They're a German band, as you know I'm German, and they're making it big not only in Germany but the US as well.

I even posted some links to their music (which isn't for everyone) a few pages back.

I also like Tokio Hotel. I have to say, "dogs unleashed" is stuck in my head and I can't get it out. Good band. :)

I can only remember hearing one of their songs, about 4 years ago, 'durch den monsoon' not actually that bad, but not quite good enough to make it onto my iPod :)

They have the English version of that song too Bear.

Through the monsoon isn't my favorite. Dogs unleashed I love and so do the kids. :)

Meh, personal preferance but durch den monsoon (in german) is better than dogs unleashed, but maybe that's just me :D

Also reading the comments on a couple of vids, I can't help but the think the rest of the members of the band could disappear over night and be replaced and nobody would notice, for all anyone seems to care about them :)

Also theyd be totally screwed if he ever decided to go solo :D

I was thinking earlier, I can't really talk about girly boys... the pic below was my favourite singer in my teens...

Maybe the attraction to the feminine guys is a teenage thing? (cos we all know Alty is really 12, we have seen photgraphic proof)

Edit - I'm glad he grew up as I did because this is what he looks like now:

Actually I think they look exactly alike aside from the make-up. Before I knew for sure I could tell they were brothers.
