Startover - I think I need to start a support group thread for people who can't help but sabotage others threads. It's just so hard not to say a quick hello when you run into a friend. My bad, I should be punished.
Scottish - I love creating the need for coffee... :) Go with the espresso! Try the new Starbucks espresso... its different - would love to hear what you think... You aren't by any chance a hunky Canadian, are you??
Hehehe.. . alright... I'll be good.
LOL! Love your thought process Sneezy.Quote:

Oh HC, I feel bad for putting the hunky canadian into your head. I'm sure he wasn't as great as he looked. I mean, if he was kind and intelligent as well as gorgeous that would just be to cruel.

Not so much if someone asks a technical question like how does PCR work? Not that I could see that going in more than three posts... Unless a lot of scientists were logged on and buzzed on cheap coffee.
EDIT this thread more so fast!
Mafia - Greetings and salutations, welcome to HC's little coffee corner. I'm seriously considering starting the support group thread, I think that everyone on this site has been guilty at least once. I'd hate to think it's only me.

I agree tempy... That is a great rule. The flow of posts do dictate responses, I agree.
I think you should bring this up to the big dogs... :DQuote:

Don't give up HC, your hunky something is out there somewhere, heck, maybe he's in the snowplow that was plowing my cul-de-sac. If it was meant to be then you will meet. Just to cheer you up though, I'm sure the hunky snow ploy guy doesn't have the brains God gave a goat.
Thanks! Lol... it's not just you.Quote:

See! Its what I've been trying to tell people for years... Coffee is a necessary buffer! If the world drank more coffee, just think of what could happen!!
(at least that's my reasoning when asked "how can you drink so much coffee??")
Lol I know what you mean.. Coffee saved the day once again.. And supperman thought he could do so better. HA. Hmmm If only I had an endless cup of coffee.. That would make my day.. I mean my life.. hehe.. CheersQuote:

I understand where you're coming from, but think about it from the OP's point of view, or from the moderators' :)
True. Have you had your coffee today? :)Quote:

Agreed. That's why you're the moderator and I'm not! I can't fathom trying to keep everyone on topic and on the right track... You're awesome, Syn.Quote:

I actually just buy flavored beans, from a company called Berres Brothers. You can find them online. Soooooo many great flavors. I am a coffee snob--I spend a couple hundred dollars on coffee every 5 months or so.
It takes one to know one! I buy my beans online too! And only from one roaster - Green Mountain Coffee Company in Vermont. Their coffee is simply divine.Quote:

Okay, I'm not that bad on creamer. I go through a big one once a month or so.
But coffee... I can't believe I spend between $8-$10 for a pound of beans
I'm on the regular coffee club rotation... i.e. they send me my favorite coffee once a month without me even asking for it... yeah... it comes to about $14 for one pound with S&H... Crazy...Quote:

I used to get coffee at the stands in Seattle all the time.
Then I realized how much money I was spending on that.
So... all that money I don't spend on coffee every month is now in my slush fund budget, and I use it for something more permanent. A lot of times, I stick it in the "house" fund, since I think about it when I go to buy coffee---what do I want more? A house of my own, or a shot of espresso.
The house wins almost every time.
I just needone more cup... please, just one more...
Have a good weekend everyone! Off to work!
LOL! Go for it Starty! :) "Just one more" (when it comes to coffee) never hurt anyone!
Have a great weekend, my caffeinated friends!
There just has to be a reason why I almost walked out of this house an hour early... Holy crap...
Thank goodness I put my coffee cup in the microwave and looked at the time cause I am telling you... I must be going nuts... LOL
See, thank goodness for coffee!
I'm now having a beer. It's evening in Canada and it's been a beer kind of day.
Touché. I just had a beer with my pizza.Quote:
