I was actually looking for amazing plants and one link took me to fungi, that one looked so beautiful that I couldn't help but search for more.

And I always love to look for things that are more hidden than evident.Even when I go for walks,I will notice the tiny flowers that grow through the cracks in the pavement or between rocks.
And mushrooms/fungi seems to fit that category.:)

Firmy, you are a spectacular woman and I appreciate the things you bring to light for me and others;) I sat here for about 15 minutes with my younger boys and another 5 year old, they loved the mushrooms/fungi...
Everyone started crowding around the gosh darn puter... then I went back and started to show (from this thread) other links you have posted and I must have skipped over the one with the unusual and rare flowers. That my friend was amazing! :D

This is where all the boys are today... I had to work so I couldn't go. Firmy I couldn't open the second one? ZBut I sure love water falls and peaceful water. Even the ocean gets to me, but the thought of going in frightens the heck out of me. Judy, I love water too.

Firm here is an interesting sight I found it on the mud mountain website.About this Website

Those birds I can't even imagnine seeing birds so beautiful.
I'm quite fond of the little ones in my area but nothing as bright as those you posted.
I'm thought about becoming a bird watcher... if only I could keep my dogs quite long enough.

    G,
Thanks for the link, loved the photos in the Flickr link.

The mud volcano link only takes me to the main page.

Regarding the birds,we used to have a kingfisher visit our house when we were younger,it was so beautiful, the colors of its feathers seem to shimmer.
I have also seen a beautiful yellow bird with a single long feather in its tail,I have not been able to find a similar bird or the name of that particular bird.

    Hi firmbeliever,
Thanks for linking to my picture (bolded) I took that in 2005 out in the Anza Borrego Desert. It was an incredible year for wildflowers.
