There has to be some give and take with the service industry and the consumer. If you can get someone to reply immediately or withing a 36 hjours window, paying extra fees should be the leats of your worries. I have had customers call me on Christmas Eve to come out a unclog a sink for them be cause they have a houseful of people. Being single , it is not a problem but ther is always an extra charge because of the timing. And people and moan about it. Give and take. It is easier that way.
