BMI, me and Alty are the only people (prior to you) to come out of the closet about being Survivor fans.

Adam started this thread, but so far besides me and Alty no one else watches the show.

I will talk Survivor all day with you though... last night show was crazy... J.T. and Stephan were just silly voting with Coach and Debbie.

Didn't understand Taj and Erinn... like there was any discussion before TC. I am hoping the girls form and alliance and shake things up.

Well, sorry to hear that Kari, I am off tomorrow thankfully. Lol

BMI, this was designed for discussion about the show Survivor, but It kind of slipped far from that and has been an open discussion for quite awhile now. It still will be but hopefully you can get it going in the right track. Justy needs to come around

I LOVE survivor and am not ashamed of that in the least. What a wonderful thread to happen upon:)

I see NO logic in voting off Sienna last night. Sienna was never going to win and was there to be lead by whomever spoke to her really. If the plan was to get rid of Tyson (which it was) than why not finish it off by killing Coach right after?

Here's my take: Tyson's gone, Coach goes next, Debbie is in limbo, Sierra hasn't a clue, and Taj trusts Steven and J.T, Erinn is nothing. That would be ideal for the power players at this point (J.T & Steven).

INSTEAD, by eliminating Sierra both Steven and J.T hurt themselves and set themselves up for an alliance which can put numbers against them. Coach rallies Debbie, breaks down the plot and friendship of J.T and Steven to Taj (who can and has flip-flopped before) they let Erinn know that she is a sitting duck for Steven and J.T and BOOM they have a 4 person alliance aiming for J.T and Steven. STUPID MOVE BOYS.

Although it seems as if Debbie is going to try and backstab Coach which is not what I would do personally and so it may not work out the way I've described. Coach is a fool but I think J.T and Steven have had too much power in the game and that can turn on you real quick if your not smart enough to handle it. Obviously I think I am:)

WOW, can you tell I've been searching for people to talk Survivor with for a while now?

No worries BMI. I am always searching for people to talk Survivor with me.

I still think this was a good power play for Stephan and J.T. ONLY if they want to take the final four down to final three with Coach.

Coach's current selling point is that NO ONE can stand him. The only alliance he truly has had was Tyson and Debbie who will be sitting on the jury.

I think now their best move will be one of the two of them has to flip on the other and work the blindside, I think it was be Stephan if he is really in this game to win... He needs to work the out of J.T. followed by the out of Taj and take Debbie and Coach to final three only because he would have the best chance for jury votes if that happens. Stephan is the brain player.

Furthermore... I CAN NOT stand Coach, he makes me sick.

Last night with Sierra I was so bummed and I can't wait for the reunion for them to see Coach in all of his "honesty".

Anyone else want to smack Coach in the face while he was pointing out how honest he is and how much intergrity he has? I loath that man!

The evil grin on his face when Sierra got voted out... ahhhh, he's lucky I wasn't there, I would have knocked him on his arse.

I hope he gets voted out next week, that would make my day! :)

    Good perspective fair.

Coach is just too unbelievable to take seriously, imagine spending 2 hours in that man's head.

It was sad to see Sierra being treated so harshly, she was not given a chance since the first episode. Also, she exposed Coach yet still was voted off.

Stephen is the brains in the group and NOBODY in the jury would vote majority against J.T so I agree that Stephen needs to eliminate him soon. If J.T is smart enough he will recognize this and not put all his eggs into the whole friendship thing. I swear some of the players on the show act asif they have never even watched Survivor before. I'd watch every season and plan for every possible outcome.

Well Stephan has the perfect time to orchastrate a J.T. ousting this week primarily cause he has J.T. trust and he is still holding the immunity idol. It would be an easy sell to Taj and Erinn... they would just need to talk Debbie into it, Coach would go spin a story if they let him know. So if Stephan talk Taj and Erinn into bringing in Debbie I think they could have a nice blindside of the player that will take it all if he is in the final three.

I hate Coach and I loved Sierra for calling him out. She has taken so much heat and she has been the most loyal and honest.
  • May 1, 2009, 01:26 PM
    BMI

Imagine that, Sierra is the most loyal and honest yet had the reputation of being the least loyal.

Coach really was grasping at straws along with Debbie when talking to Sierra. A lot of nerve asking Sierra where her loyalty lay when neither gave her the time of day when she asked for their help.

Great talking to you people about the show. My goal is to gain your trust and have you think I'm such a trustworthy guy only to...

    LOL, BMI.

It was funny because then Debbie just turned into a 'why is everyone picking on me' to deter from the attention and try and make it like Sierra was the one stirring the pot.

I really didn't like her I am 47 yo and a professional and this drama is because of this 23 yo. It was so rude!

My biggest question is why when Coach in front of everyone decided to make it exclusively 'her' plan, why she didn't throw his dumb behind into the fire. Didn't she see how he betrayed her in his version of the events?
  • May 1, 2009, 03:06 PM
    Alty

I want to push both Debbie and Coach into the fire.

Why in hell would Sierra go to their side, they wrote her name down last week. Coach is such a hypocrite. If Sierra had written his name down he knows darn well he wouldn't join forces with her, even if it was his last chance to stay in the game, but he expected her to do it? Annoying ugly hypocrite.

Does he not realize that everyone on the show with him and everyone watching the show are all laughing at him? The dragon slayer, he couldn't even slay a slug!

    But he is SO honest.

He is a shoe in to the final three if any of them are smart, because he will only have two votes from the jury (Tyson & Debbie). I think the smart thing would be if Stephan went to the final three with Coach and Debbie.

Although I really do like J.T. just to listen to him talk.

Stephen definitely has the tools to win this thing more so than any of the others. For some reason nobody is taking advantage of Erinn, I think this is a mistake. Taj, Erinn and Debbie are there for the taking, if played smart someone could definetely turn the tides.

Coach has no votes on the jury, if J.T get's there it's over and Stephen has to becareful in dealing with J.T because if he does backstab him he will surely lose the jury votes.

I think he can keep the jury votes, if Stephan backstabs J.T. only if he plays on the fact it was a move to help him win the game... it is still a game. He has to be careful taking the floating girls with though.

Survivor is a CBS show. It's online if you ever wanted to watch an episode or two.

They cast everyday people throw them in the jungle or some remote area, give them rice and water. They have to survive, while playing challenges and voting off their fellow teammates, until three remain. Then a jury of their "exiled" castmates vote a winner, who wins one million dollars! Whoop Whoop!

Ok, thanks. Justy.. seems like a movie I've seen: House of Seven.

There was someone who kidnapped 7 random people from the US and shut them up in a huge house. Only one of them will survive and will win millions. To do that, they had to kill each other, which was not easy at first. However, days passed and the food given to them diminished. One of them tried to kill the others to gain money, but a policeman among the rest of six people prevented him to do so and died in the struggle.

The remaining six people were given more food immediately (through some window in a wall) and champagne. They realised that they were encouraged to kill the others.

In the end, some drunk, some becoming crazy, all but one died and the 'lucky' one got her money and 'freedom' (btw, she seems greatly in state of shock and trauma) . Unfortunately, the 'freedom' was short lived, and the finally unlocked entrance door locked behind her, to lead her to another similar house, with six other people, all having their bag full of money in their arms. (supposedly, they have to kill again)

Quite macabre, don't you think so?

Yeah, there isn't any encouraged killings. Just vote people off.

Strategic and intelligence game, not planned. I love the show. Can't predict people, well you can but only to some extent.

Ok, I thought you were talking about a reality TV show in your area and was kind of concerned there for a minute. Then Justy's response was so nonchalant. I was thinking I was the only normal one!

The big problem is that I'm not sure of that title... It's quite some time now... and I think it was in French... I took a look on the net but didn't find it... Do you guys know any site where we can download movies? I'll try different searches there to find that movie.
