Oh, Stringer, darling.. give me a few to wipe my happy tears! That was lovely, thanks so much.
On the subject of drums... I used to let my daughter take out the pots and pans and wooden cooking spoons to have some fun in the kitchen while I was doing something else. She had a lot of fun. Her pots are a little to expensive for that though, so I think drums are a good idea - as long as he does not play them when Daddy is around. Alex has a little Popcorn Roller, that just pops and pops while he pushes it and it drives his Daddy crazy, but he's cool about it for a while.
Even though I'm looking forward to the wedding reception, Daddy and Alex have a slight flu bug now, and Mom might get it too within a few days.. so I sure hope they can handle it as it is too late to cancel. At least the guests should be encouraged to drink a strong drink with lemon in it to protect themselves or should I bring along my box o face-masks and pass them out to all the guests??? Now that would really be funny, but it would protect them. And I'll just flipping be upset if it snows on that day! - I just hate know and hoped I'd never see it again for as long as I live.
If it snows here too much, can I use your place in Florida for a few weeks? - Only if I can kidnap Alexander and take him with me....
