Well, I'm with NK, I'm in Canada, so I'll be spared. The weather is a bit cloudy, but it's warm, and there are no signs of river spilling with blood, or an other apocalyptic things, so I'll clean, garden, go to a few garage sales, play with my kids and be happy. :)

*yawn* Last night was not as bad as I thought.. not more drunks then normal. Wish people that can't handle their booze would just go home when they leave the bar. Nothing worse than these rude little drunk punks grrr
The world is still here:) Everyone is in the house including pets so all is good in Canada

Just got back from my holiday. Left my 22 year old daughter, her boyfriend, and several of their pals house and pet sitting.

Now the big question is - will I clear the laundry pile and re-stock the food supplies before the actual end of the world?

All's well in the Alty household. All people and pets accounted for. Everyone in my neighborhood seems to be up and about. Maybe we're all not worthy to be raptured.

Oh well, back to cleaning. :)

Darn... now I will have to do the yard work after all... ;)

Thank goodness we have Harold Camping there to be the biblical expert for us! And he's so humble! Ready to admit when he made a mistake.

Camping had calculated two dates -- one at the end of May and the other at the end of October. The first date was for the Rapture; the second for Judgment Day.

He's decided it was a spiritual Rapture, not a physical one, and now all the destruction will be in October.

Why do I know so much about this? I need to get out more.

Naw. Judy and I are both from New York. We'd talk about the glories of the state (Finger Lakes, Letchworth, Hudson River Valley, Southern Tier, Lake Ontario, goat's milk fudge, etc.) and especially about the erosion going on at Niagara Falls.

So now Harold Camping is predicting his third doomsday? What happens when October comes and goes and nothing happens? Hopefully he'll finally admit he's a fake.

This is true.

The new date for the 'Day of Destruction' is October 21, 2011! Don't know the exact time as yet.

I'll be making plans for Halloween by then. I'm sure you will be too Stringer.

My prediction, and feel free to send money if you want, is that October 21st will come and pass just as May 21st did. :)

In fact, I'll go out on a limb and say that December 12, 2012 will pas without a glitch as well. After all, that's another doomsday date. If I'm wrong, sue me. :)

Hee hee, either that or those of us that are still here are really, really bad ones (that count would be in the billions)... cause maybe only 1 or 2 actually get taken in October... and would we really miss them?
