    Hello nice girl:

I bargained for Life with a penny
And Life would pay no more,
    However, I begged at evening
When I counted my scanty store,

For Life is a just employer
He gives you whatever you ask,
But once you have set the wages
Why you must bear the task

I worked for a menials hire
    Only to learn dismayed,
That any wage I had asked of Life
    Life would have willingly paid.

    Napoleon Hill

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love." - Neil Gaiman

    Never Stop Learning...
There is only one thing that I remember my 7th grade English teacher saying, and that was "We're never through." It has stuck with me to this day. It is so very true! It's not my most favorite quote, but it is one that I remember well. I am still trying to find my most favorite quote. It is around here somewhere...

The other thing that I do remember about him, was not something that he said, but something that happened. That was that one of my brother's friends decked the English teacher on one occasion.

If you are wondering what "decked" means, it means that someone got punched in the face and the person receiving the blow went to the floor.

The junior high school that I went to was just a bit rough!

Way to go Cal.. Keep up the suspense.

When in a bad mood (yes.. little old me can be in bad moods) then one of my favorite quotes (and I don't know who from) used to be:

"Now, ask me if I care."

Unfortunately, I always cared, but I guess I just wanted to shock people with that verse.. probably because I was hurt at the time.

Oh.. the games people play never get old.

I still don't quite get it. You often can undo mistakes in life if you notice the mistake in time. Just like in math, you can undo the mistake if you realise it was a mistake before you hand in your homework :)

Hehe, these aren't the ones the suspense are about, but little ones I came up with by myself (im just a little poetic)
If I had a life to give, id give my life for you

    And, because I'm christian

No greater love than gods love, no greater gift than christs blood, no greater glory than the glory of god :)

And anyway, people put up with my moods :) (and jeeze, I can get moody! One minute I can be HAPPY! Next minute its ANGRY! Then its OMG KILL ME NOW! Then its HEHE HAPPY!)
