Any I have were local and/or unknown :(
Celebrities, hmmm. What are we considering a celebrity?
Hubby and I honeymooned in Hawaii, while we where there they opened Planet Hollywood right around the corner from our hotel.
We got to meet a lot of celebs. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny Glover, Sylvester Stallone, and others.
My friend was on Jay Leno once, does that count? ;)
My boyfriend that I just left was cousins with one of the Del Vikings --sang Come Go with Me
My old friend Mad Mike Metro made Tommy James & the Shondels famous.
Got to meet Porky Chedwick on the Smithfield bridge through mutual friends.
I went to grade -high school with Patrice King Brown -local CBS news woman, won miss teen Pa. in the 70's
Stored my metal in Andy Warhol's uncles hopper for about a month.
Met B. E. Taylor at my friend Thom Hicklings funeral.
Nothing of real impressive interest.
Definitely consider them celebs! And all in the same place? Cool. :cool:Quote:

I got to hang out with Pete Rose for an entire day. Well hang out is the wrong word. I was his gofer at a baseball card show when I was 11 years old . My uncle ran the show and said whatever Pete wants you get you know get him food and drinks but I didn't have to place bets with his bookie. Very nice guy I sat next to him the entire show. He talked to me and things like that. I still have the autographed baseball he gave me. It was a cool day.
I am also in a few music video's of a couple different hip hop groups I am sure no one on here has ever heard of.
I spent a couple hours talking to the late Tony Snow - anchor of Fox News. He was a great man. Funny though, the convention that he was at was running behind and his wife kept calling, telling him dinner was almost ready, ready, getting cold, and in the fridge! :)
Also, the song My Town by Montgomery Gentry? Its about my town! I don't know how many times I've seen Eddie Montgomery in the skating rink, at Cici's Pizza, around town. He has this big black truck... and rather an impatient driver! :)
Wow! A day with Pete Rose - that must have been the highlight of your life! Personally I am much more in awe of athletes than "celebreties".
I am a big, big Mets fan (can we still be friends?). They won the 86 WS on my 16th birthday. I have since met and spoken to Ron Darling, Keith Hernandez, Darryl Strawberry and Gary Carter. Those were all huge moments for me.
The outsidaz, about 2:40 seconds in you see me jumping up and down in a white T-shirt. Jurassic 5 I am at the end of this video with a black hoodie on behind the DJ's in front of the buses. They filmed my part for 3 hours after a concert one night and only like 20 seconds of that 3 hours is in the video.
It was one of the best day's of my life. We can still be friends. My best friend is from NY and he is a HUGH Mets fan. I agree I have always been into sports and I admire Athletes more then movie stars. I actually met Troy Vincent at my 8 year old cousin's football game his son and my cousin played on the team. He is a real nice guy.
Oh outsidaz video is for the song the RAH RAH. Jurassic 5 is W.O.E. is me
At 2:40 into the video I saw a guy in white jumping in the audience... was that you? I couldn't find the other one on you tube.
In the early 90's, while patrolling in uniform at a downtown galleria,
A fellow officer and I saw Robert Wagner, who was apparently in town for
The Kentucky Derby. He was wearing a trench coat and had a hat pulled
Down low over his eyes, but we both recognized him. We asked for and both
Got his autograph. He's been in movies, one or more with his late
Wife, Natalie Wood, and was in the TV series, "Hart to Hart," with Stephanie
Powers. A few years later, in 1995, the same officer and I had our
Pictures taken with Muhammad Ali while he was here promoting his new
Museum. We had to pay for the pictures, but they were large (8" x 10")
And mine is framed and hangs in my living room.
I am no longer excited by the experience of meeting someone famous. When I see one, I walk the other way to make room... Then they are surrounded and have their hand shaken so firmly that it hurts. They're humans.
1980? 81? I was in england visiting my grandmother. Her husband had connections and got me and my brother into EMI studios. They were filming The Dark Crystal. We saw Jim Henson directing a scene.. got to walk on the set of another scene. Found George Lucas' office (we all took turns sitting in his chair! LOL and he had some cool stuff from star wars in a case there) then wandering around we spotted a room in the back where they were making costumes for the Snowtroopers (star wars).. no sooner did we peek in, some lady came SPRINTING OVER and slammed the door shut :) lol
1986? - the company my mom worked for hosted a huge benefit for Veterans and MIA etc... the had a private screening of Platoon. Afterwards there was a dinner... Willem Dafoe was there! I got to talk to him and got his autograph. Very cool.
1987? In LAX airport... I saw Robin Williams - he had left his wife and he was there with the Nanny (He looked miserable!)
1989? Had a run in why Trey Anastasio (Phish) - Me and my best friend had wandered into the outdoor stadium at CCFL - Phish was warming up and practicing. We watched for like a 1/2 hour before someone noticed. Trey came up and said he was really sorry but we had to leave.. :) fun while it lasted!
1990? I met Mike Gordon (Also Phish) in an after show party... nice guy.
Then in 07 I was in Hollywood (LA for work) and we went out to dinner... I swear the girl at the next table was Meadow from the sopranos. Not possitive but I'm pretty sure... bummer was NO ONE I was eating with watched the show so I couldn't confirm it!
After a show when Maroon 5 was just getting popular we were first in line to get their autographs..
The lead singer was a total Jerk, he thought he was already too good for us.. and he had a lot of freckles yuck, but the drummer (who is no longer with them) signed my arm and he kept smiling at me even though 100's of girls were around.. he was sooo HOT!!
I can't believe someone on here has met Johnny Depp!! I would pee my pants if I got to meet him.. he's the most goregeous man ALIVE!
I second that. I love johnny depp.
