    Wait until they try to rent anything better than a room in a crack house with a recent eviction on their record. What I'd give to be a fly on the wall when that happens. Because the smart landlords check backgrounds on applicants, and it is so easy to do so these days. And the better places to live are far more discriminating on which applications they approve.
