My attorney says I can't get further treatment for my injurys. I only went once for treatment due to lack of transportation . I need more he says to late its only been 60 days since we filed claim.do I have the right to more treatment before we settle.claim I thought you could treatment for as long as the claim was still open

You are incorrect. Once you go a period without treatment the company does not have to pay.

The same is true if you are discharged from treatment.

Too many people would visit a Physician once, think about it, decide to sue, decide to start treating again.

I thought from your questions that you did not have an Attorney - why don't you believe what he tells you? Maybe you should find a new Attorney -
