For clairification purposes, stealing is a crime against the state. Your employer cannot take away the states right to prosecute you.

By the same token, if you're criminally prosecuted, the state cannot sign an agreement with you saying if you plead guilty, your employer can't sue you.

Besides stealing, and besides misleading us, going to the cops was one of the MORE stupid things you did.

When I was in the slam, lots of people told me that they didn't want to be there. But when I examined what they did, I became convinced that they did everything they could to make CERTAIN they wound up in there. I think you're one of those.
