"My 44 year old son and wife had ask me regularly for a lone when they were broke.I am on a fixed income,but I managed to help out.Some time ago it sliped out to his brother,that he needed help.His brother told his father,my x,which I had not talked to for decades.My son who I gave the loans,has a headed argument with his father,who tried to give him advise,something that my son always finds unacceptible,so he used the info,that he heard from his brother.Now my son has disowned all of us.I appologized,but he wiped me out of facebook and he does not want anything to do with me ever again,calling us all loosers.I hope someone has some advice for me and I would appreciate this so very much"

I'm confused. Was it the son that borrowed the money that disowned you or the son that found out about it?

The son that borrowed the money from me disowned me ,because I told his brother who told his father.His father then used it in an argument with my son who borrowed the money. I should have never repeated this to his brother,I appologized,but the damage is done

I think you should wait a while calling him will make him disown you more! Try waiting when he needs your help again and help him out
