AND they won't tell us how their home phone was HACKED so that someone else could answer it as they claimed and practically argued.

Being I'm an engineer in Telecommunications... and have been in this field for decades, I really want to hear exactly how they KNOW this HACKING was accomplished. They have been dodging the question since they all but discounted my input on the subject.

Was also going to suggest going to the house, call with your cell phone, see if it rings, call forwarded?
You could put a Recorder on the line, if someone is there, they may make a call from the house and you would have a recording of their voice.
You could place a phone manager somewhere on your line and it will not only do caller ID, but show outgoing numbers as well, and it shows time and date, and may see who they are calling?
