    Frozen Yogart
    Please tell me about the benefits of "frozen yogart " in regards to good weight control. Is it fattening, or is it just good?. or what?

    I would say no, it's not good for a diet as they have added all kinds of thickening agents to this. I have really cut back on yoghurt products. The frozen kind is not much better than regular ice cream.

    If you want 'healthy' type yogurt you need to buy Stonyfield or some organic brand with little or no sugar and additives and add your favorite fresh fruits for the sweetness otherwise you might as well be eating Breyers ice cream.

    Frozen yogurt for the most part is high in calories, from carbs, For instance TCBY's has 200-280 calories in 8 oz. élan 260 calories in 8 0z. Frozen yogurt has 1/2 the calcium of ice ceam, and is lower in protein, Yet Fozen yogurt is better than ice cream in Milk fat % I of course would check the nutritional labels, and seek out the fat, and sugar content deal with those results, along with your normal diet plans.
