I used to rent this all the time as a kid, it's a cartoon about creatures in the woods, like elf type creatures I think, they all had different colored hats, it wasn't David the nome or whatever, it was something else. Early 1980s. I really can't remember much other than that, but I loved it, and I can't figure out what it was. I know I haven't given much to go on, but I have tried to Google it, maybe I'll try again. Thanks
