How will nine only give me ringing in my ear? Everything else says it tears apart your stomach.

Guess you are lucky that you didn't get that annoying ringing then. If you are trying to commit suicide there are easier ways to do that.

I could lose my nursing license and go to jail if I told you how you kill yourself and I'm not willing to do that for family let alone a stranger on the Internet.

Do you have a good reason to want to kill yourself?

I've been where you are. Back when I had cancer and almost died, I was there. When I lost my father, I was there. When my ex husband cheated on me and took my young sons across the country from me, I was there.
