They're strict... don't know you've had sex... you're on birth control pills... your boyfriend sleeps over every other weekend... in the same bed... and they have no clue what is going on... I just am having an incredibly difficult time believing this.

Yes, well I got pregnant using the pill AND the condom. Not once, but twice. So how do you know you won't get pregnant?

Ok I live with my real dad and my step mom and they are te strict ones with no sex and they put me on birth control so I can get my period. Every other weekend I go to my moms house where my boyfriend comes over and stays and my mom trust me that I am not doing anything

Your story just kept getting crazier as you went along... Who's being rude? We're trying to make sense out of it.

And really... you say you have no way to go to the doctor because of strict parents yet you have a mother who lets a boy sleep in the same bed as you... so therefore I concluded that she must be clueless... so she could be the one to take you to the doctor since she obviously doesn't mind that you're having sex. Now that I pointed that out, you have nothing to say.
