My husband has waken up in the middle of night with sudden urge to vomit about 3 times in that 2 months. He feels fine otherwise and is in good health. We don't eat too late before bed. I was thinking acid reflux? He does eat a lot of pizza, wings, a lot of acidy foods, and also drinks A lot of soda. About 4-5 cans a day! Any suggestions on what it could be? And yes stop the soda! LoL

Sounds like it could be reflux. He could try antacids before bed and see if that helps. Of course, he should stop eating several hours before bed too.

Why hasn't he talked to a doctor about this?

And how old is he please?
