This isn't being harsh. This is trying to figure out what your options are. If it seems harsh, it is because we can't verify your condition and it wouldn't be the first time someone asked us to commit a fraud for them. I am not saying you haven't been or aren't in pain, only that we are a question and answer site. Asking us to write a note for you would be asking us to commit an illegal act. That is very much against site rules.

If it was your 'pain management' doctor who skipped out, what about your other doctors? Could they write a note for you?

Have you tried contacting your lawyer and asking what your options are if there isn't a note? Is jail the only one?

Have you considered going to the emergency room? I am still concerned about how you are going to be able to attend court on Monday if you haven't gotten help before then.

Yes I am looking for a doc note and some kind of relief for my body I am in chronic pain and need help not criticism

We are not trying to criticize you, we are trying to get the entire picture.

Unfortunately, you will not get a doctor who will provide you an excuse via the internet. To provide an excuse a doctor will have to examine you in person.

I understand you are in chronic pain, but Ketamine isn't the answer.

I wasn't criticizing I was asking if you needed the note for court cause what's the use of me following this if its about getting a prescription?
