Just and FYI regarding the dental dam. My lover used it on me before (out of curiosity) and I found it to be quite pleasurable. No. It's obviously NOT the same as a wet tongue, however, it still felt good and I was able to reach orgasm. So your girlfriend should still be able to experience pleasure. Ad long as there is no outbreak, you should be fine. I deliver babies to women with genitalia warts (herpes). If there is no outbreak they can deliver vaginally, however if there is an active outbreak they must deliver via c - section. The same goes with sex. As long as there is no outbreak you should be safe but should refrain from sexton during outbreaks.

I assume she is taking Valtrex?
