I fell this past weekend and the majority of the impact was on my right breast area. I have bruises on my legs, and arms but the majority of the pain is whenever I move my shoulder from the area of my breast through my right shoulder blade. Whenever I put stress or pressure on the area, it hurts and I can not lift anything without pain. I've applied heat, but find that I can't fully use my arm due to stress on the area. It happened 4 nights ago.
