    Not sure what kind of magic square this is, but it's not one where the rows and columns all add to the same number. Note that no matter what number you put into the middle of the top row, the sum of the top row can not equal the sum of the middle column:

    However, if the 22 was replaced with a 4 then it can be made into a magic square ;)
