These are my thoughts below.. Thank you in advance for your time and help!

Bone has plenty of protein, nearly all of it being:

    A. Hemoglobin
    B. Hydroxyapatite
    C. Collagen -- I'm thinking it could be collagen or hydroxyapatite -- hydroxyapatite is 65% of bone tissue (by mass). So I am not sure if B or C would be the best answer to this question.
    D. Elastin

This cell type can change into another when it feels trapped:

    A. Fibroblast
    B. Osteoblast -- Because when the osteoblasts become completely surrounded by the matrix (which I'm thinking could also mean 'trapped), they become osteocytes.
    C. Osteocyte
    D. Chondrocyte
