Yes, but the personality disorder will always exist, others will marry it (because it almost always lurks behind a handsome face), and their lives will be upset. Best to leave the topic out there, for the next person who meets and marries one of them, and starts combing the web looking for an answer to their pain in either 1) dealing with them or 2) moving on because of them.
