Convicted felon marrying another convicted felon
Can a convicted felon marry another convicted felon? One is still in prison the other is no longer under supervised release. Both are federal cases.

    Well, that spells BIG trouble...
Wonder who the better role model is?
Blind leading the blind sort of speak.

Most likely the one in Federal prison will not be allowed to, in fact normally Federal Prison will not let a past inmate even be on the other inmates visiting list.

If the one is on any level of parole or probation they will still have to get court permission to even see or be with the other person, ( even if on unsupervised, they still have to follow the rules)

Then if the one in prison gets parole, they will have to get permission first also.
