 Let's see.

Stringer, youngish, married to a wonderful woman 20 years his junior, owns his own business, loves kids, loves to decorate at Christmas and Halloween, sweet, kind, caring, nice, loving, huggable, sexy voice (did I say that out loud?) and generally all around nice guy. :)

There, how's that?

Oh, did I mention that Sneezy owns a restaurant. Just thought I'd throw that in there! :D

It was necessary.

You know what guys. I really really can't get over the fact that I am really scared of being under blankets- and you have no idea how much I cried when Sam [my ex] would do that to me. I literally don't sleep with a blanket. I sleep with pants, socks and a sweater. My bed is blanket free. I also can't stand basements. There are several parts of my childhood that I remember when my mom would actually leave me in the basement for days with the strays. I believe I was only 6 years old. I have a basement in my house: the door is constantly locked and I dare not go in there. One day my husband and I went to the basement and he ran upstairs, shut the lights and closed the door so I could "get rid of my fear". I'm embarrassed to say but I actually peed myself and I blacked out [not pass out but blacked out].

Good God, have I found my calling.

Okay, here goes another.

M aka Friend4U, tall gorgeous Aussie with a sexy accent, IT tech, lives in, guess, guess, guess, yup, Australia! Loves beer, loves breasts (crap, I slipped) loves rottweilers and won't eat my bunny's but all others are fair game. Sweet, lovable, always has something nice to say to everyone and only has two reddies because of it. Great sense of humor, 40 something, no kids that he knows of, and currently, circle one M single, dating, engaged?

Sarah, one thing I've learned is that talking about it, really, it does help.

If you're like me, writing all this down is really hard, you're probably bawling and don't think you'll ever stop. You'll re-read everything you wrote at least twice and a new onslaught of tears will come out.

Tomorrow, you'll read it again, and you'll still get teary eyed, but not as bad as today.

The next day you'll start to feel a bit better, like a terrible weight has been lifted simply because you're no longer holding it in.

6 months from now, you'll read your posts, and you'll be amazed at how far you've come.

Just keep talking about it. We are friends, but faceless, so feel free to tell us anything. That's what made it so easy for me, not having to look into someone's eyes as I told my story. Not having to see the pity, or worse, the disgust, which is what I feared would be the reaction.

You're not alone, and now, you've got friends to help you go down this road. It's time, don't you think? Stop holding that little girl in, she has to become a part of you, a part of who you are now, in order for you to move on. You can do it, you've already taken the first step, no sense going backwards now, keep moving forward, we'll be here if you fall.

That's what made it so easy for me, not having to look into someones eyes as I told my story.
