Hi all.

Boy, I spend a night with my family and you all get chatty.

My arm is killing me! R and I had a dart tournament yesterday. I think I overdid it. I actually woke up because my arm hurt so bad. :(

I'm so out of shape! :o

I'd be buff and kick arse in darts.

Sadly I can't afford the gym. Too expensive, and I can't commit to go every day, especially when the kids are on summer break.

I'll have to work out at home, as soon as I clear a space to do it.

My arm feels like it's going to fall off! :eek:

I can throw them, it just hurts.

My motto is to keep going, so I just challenged R to 2 games of darts. Won one, lost one, but my arm is actually feeling a bit better.

I told R that if we do this every day, soon it won't hurt. He's not buying it, and he's whining because his arm hurts too. Big baby! :D
