Where in the world are our members?
Sometimes when I read threads I get a picture of what people look like and where they live and so on and so on. I always find it interesting when I read threads from around the world. I thought maybe those of you who wanted to participate just tell us where your from.

I personally live in upstate NY. When most people say upstate they mean Albany or that area. I am truly upstate! I am minutes from the canadian border. I travel there often for no reason other then something to do. I live in a tiny town called Madrid. We have one caution light, one store, no gas station. But we have 2 bars and a post office!!

Check out what virtual tourist has to say about my beloved neighborhood. Unfortunately it is mostly true. But I love it here and I feel safe.

The mall from hell.I can't stand that mall. Cool that you come here to visit though.
Next time go to Dinasour Barbecue. They are famous for their food! They are in downtown,5 minutes from the mall.
Looks like a biker bar but even the Clintons visit there where they come to town.Bill loves him some barbecue.

Well it's a huge mall for us. Watertown is much closer for us but Syracuse is fun. Here we basically have JC Penny and Sears and that's about it. We have a mall but its useless. Have you been to our casino? Welcome to the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino!

I live in a big city where there is a casino ::hint hint::. I moved here from GA with my now ex husband.

I hate it here- so loud and annoying, I can't wait to move back to my hometown ;) More mud for muddy to play in. I keep hurting myself on the concrete here. Ouch!

Haha cute! Well I have been to the casino over in Hull. But no others in Canada. But we used to go to Montreal very often to the forum for concerts, although its not called the forum now right? Now we go over a lot to Cornwall, which I think is Quebec. Or we go over to the Corel Centre a lot for shows also.

Hamlet is a pretty good hint, shouldn't be too hard for the others to figure out.

My home is approximately 35 miles west/southwest of Chicago (east of Chicago is Lake Michigan, go east, get wet) in a nice little village of about 70,000 people. It's a beautiful, quiet place with green rolling hills of mostly private homes, a nice mall, great golf course (ranked 11th in the nation) and we have an airport.

But the site below is of Chicago, take a moment and flip through the pics of the city by people who visit the city, has almost everything, especially great food, museums, great fishing and entertainment. Not exotic but a big city with a midwest attitude and mostly friendly people:

Hey I did ask my husband if he heard of a Rhianna. But the name didn't ring a bell. But there are 300-400 people who work there and many shifts and titles. He may not have crossed her path.
