Haha! I LOVE IT! What a great carving job! Love the "ears".

The only pumpkin carving I do is the kind where you cut it up and cook it. I did that last week, roasted the pumpkin and made a great soup! I will however, share with you the dog's costume. I send her out trick or treating so I don't have to. She always brings back great candy (although it is half eaten).

Well, I guess no one else on this site carves pumpkins. Too bad. But, the good news is, Ben & Millie win the pumpkin carving contest!!

First time? I think that he did an amazingly good job! I am pretty bad at pumpkin carving and stopped trying years ago. I thought I might try again this year. I bought a magazine with some amazing carving techniques. But, when it came down to it, I realized I just didn't have the time.

We carved ours. I sit here now crunching pumpkin seeds. No pictures though. Boo hoo.

Tee hee ben only bought one because they were 99p in our super market last week and millie had hurt herself so he was pasifying her giggle but they went outside on the Sunday and took the brains out the pumpkin admittedly though millie was more interested in splashing in the puddles giggle.

Here is a picture I took from a halloween contest we had a few years back. I am trying to find the time to work on compressing and minimizing the size of the photos. It am not doing too well with it. I will keep trying. I want to replace the first photo with a smaller one so it doesn't take up so much space here.

Hey guys! We carved pumpkins last weekend... has you can see in my avatar, we abused the pumpkin "guts." hehe! I have pictures but I've never been able to post them... I stink at puters! I will put the punkins' we made as my avatar so everyone can see!

Yes, I am on photo bucket was having trouble compressing the photo on my computer. I finally realized what I was doing wrong and have adjusted the first pic. This is as small as I can get 'em.

Rankrank, definitely try to see if you can upload your photos. I have more pet costume photos but I don't have the patience to compress and upload right now. I will have to see if I can find one from the contest that has a pumpkin in it.

I went to have lunch today and I started seeing very peculiar people around town. I then remembered it was Halloween. I'm not at all into it but if I were to carve a Jack-O-Lantern, this would be it... fur sure!

Our Jack o lantern resembled Ursula the Sea Witch from the Little Mermaid. We painted her face with acrylics and carved out her eyes and mouth. Used left over fake cobwebs for the hair. If my camera hadn't been stolen while we were in Disneyworld, I would have taken a photo, arrggh.
