Bullies - children or adults. I think adults more so than the children. I can see them as a child, being the classroom and playground terrorist. They have not developed beyond that and teach their children to act the same way.

I'm with you Star. Today everyone I was driving behind was acting as if it was their first day out on the road.

I also cannot stand people who have no sense of a world outside of themselves. Like today when I went to the post office there was a line out the door and only two people working. One lady monopolized one cashier for a good 10 minutes asking her what everything was in the post office. She was asking her to explain how the postage worked and she was totally confused how insurance worked and couldn't figure out how to fill out the TO and FROM fields on one of those priority mail boxes. Guess it was her first time at a post office?

Gee I dealt with a lot of annoying people today.

I was actually reading on article earlier this week (if I can find it I'll post it) about how modern technology is making us less tolerant of annoyances in our day to day life. That before we had all the modern luxuries we have like internet, cell phones etc that we had no choice but to interact with people on a day to day basis. Which meant going to the grocery store with the crazies around the holidays. Beating crowds while holiday shopping. Or just generally dealing with the day to day irritants are no exacerbated because we can choose if we want to do never deal with people.

If it is anything but sunny here in Jacksonville, they all act like it's their first day on the road here too. When its sunny, then they are just pushy and rude drivers.

Bad drivers really bother me too. If I didn't drive so defensively all the time I would be in a new accident every week. I also hate the guys who think burning out and revving their engines makes them cool. They're like - Here's how big my penis is! VVVRROOOOOOOM!!

Haha! True! So many guys think it's manly to burn out and do tricks in their cars. Some guy tried to impress me and my friend by revving his truck before. I think he was compensating for something!

Another thing that bothers me is when my college professors speak horrible English. My English professor says stuff like "there's too many" instead of "there are too many," "exetra" instead of "etcetera(etc.)" She also says "got" instead of have and even the papers she gives us are full of horrible English errors.

Also, the same college won't hire my mom fulltime because she is almost a doctor of English and they would have to pay her too much. Instead, they hire idiots who have no idea how to teach so they don't have to pay as much. Good for a place that credits itself as being "The best choice for empowering students, building communities, and changing lives."

I cannot stand liars and cheaters.
I hate Reckless drivers.(I am like many on this thread),sometimes I wish they will crash just so they will know how fast they reach the hospital or their graves.
Self centered people.Anyone who use people and love things.
Anyone who puts down(bullies too) or looks down on people.
People who argue for the sake of arguing.
Abusive people whether mentally or physically.

It is not like I have to deal with all of the above all the time, but they are on my list of disliked and annoying people.

    Shallow people, no real skills
    controlling people
people who have a dirty mind
people who argue for the sake of arguing-like what FB mentioned
losers who no ambitions, no goals, but know how to get things for free(cheat, lie, steal, using violence)

That is a wonderful way to look at it... sometimes... they think they know it all and act like a KNOW IT ALL... I love learning from what people have to say... but sometimes enough is enough especially when geeze, I got to get out of here... You know? He he

I am sometimes annoyed by all the attention paid to obnoxious people. Quite a bit of the time, it's attention that they crave, so by giving it to them, we just encourage their obnoxious behavior. Unless they're really doing it to us personally, it's usually better to ignore them.

I work in a museum and today I was giving a guy a tour and we were talking. Every time we came upon something involving a different ethnicity, he said something like "Hey, it's one of those Nip swords." I thought maybe it was just because he was older and his terminology didn't evolve, but near the end of the tour he called Native Americans a bunch of bastards and said "We shoulda killed em' all back in the 1800's." It really annoys me that this kind of attitude exists today. He was wishing for the genocide of an ethnicity he knew nothing about.

    OK, so here I go...
    This really annoys me.
I make dinner for my family,
I serve everyone and by the time I finish making my plate,
Everyone has already gobbled up their food and I'm left sitting there by myself at the dinner table.
    OR
I'm cooking something that requires a few being cooked at a time,
As I'm cooking little hands and big hands keep picking at the food,
Well, what do you know, when dinner is ready, everyone's full...
    OR
I try preparing a healthy dinner,
Followed the recipe to a tee,
Spent a lot of time trying to make it tasty BUT, no one wants to eat that "nasty" stuff they say...
Then at 9 o'clock at night when I'm trying to get the kids to bed,
All I hear is "I'm hungry"... over and over again until I make them something to eat...

    OK, I'm done... LOL

    EDIT::::

Kae, I think every mother in the U.S. goes through what you do. You should try sitting and watching T.V. when it's supposed to be dinner time. Your kids will say "Mooooom, aren't you making dinner?" And you can say " You want ME to make dinner? Are you sure? I can't even make the stuff you like." They should start begging you to make them dinner after that, saying "Yes you can, come on mom!" They'll realize what a nice favor you're doing for them every night and stop thinking it's just your job.

(When they grab for food, give them the eye of the tiger and mutter "Dinner.....Is not......Ready." Develop a technique that scares them):)

I try to make a mean face, actually, I think I'm very successful at it.
But, I get laughed at too... boo me...

So, did I hear someone say Strike? Sounds good to me too!
    Start, are you with me?

    Picket sign... check
Remote control... check (how do I use this thing?)
    Bonbons... check
    Fuzzy slippers... check check
    Fluffy pillow... check
    Comfy comfoter... check

Boy, I'm not use to this... I think I'll stay here all day.

Oh no, I just heard my children climb up onto the counter.
They're helping themselves to a snack...
Oops, sounds like they just dropped it and now food is all over the clean floor!

    Hmmmm... Dog... check

I'm beginning to like this! Gallivant, this was a great idea!

    Kae--
I was a bachelor for ten years, and though I didn't learn to cook much (I ate out a lot and what cooking I did was very spartan), I certainly did learn to appreciate it, and say so, when somebody cooks for me. My wife loves that about me, but she does get tired of cooking and I don't blame her. Some nights she makes herself a bowl of popcorn and I eat whatever I can scrounge. I figure she deserves a night off whenever she wants one. We live 25 miles from town so we don't eat out much.

Kae... I am there... I want a few good movies, or time alone in the car to listen to some dorky music that no one else in the family likes... LOL I will go grab my quilt and some coffee... I have to wait a day... I have been craving a thanksgiving dinner so I am going to make it all up today... Hugs...
Cowboy... when Dustin cooks I always tell him it was wonderful and nice of him to do so... You are a nice man to tell her you appreciate her... Hugs
